Hope Feder - Founder and CEO
I know firsthand how overwhelming a move can be. After navigating two international moves to Germany, several cross country relocations, and raising a family through it all, I understand that it's about more than just boxes, it's about transitioning your life. That experience is why I started Smart Spaces. After seven years of working in the relocation/organizing industry, I created this company by combining my professional knowledge with my passion for organization. My goal is to turn the chaos of moving into a smooth, manageable process, so you can focus on settling into your new home. I believe that an organized move is the first step to creating a harmonious and functional space, whether you're a family of seven or a couple starting a new chapter. My own chapter brought me to Huntsville in 2010, and I've loved watching it become a wonderful home for my family. When I'm not helping clients unpack, you can find me spending time with my children and grandchildren, curled up with a good book, or challenging myself to learn something new.

Relocation
We’re here for you before, during, and after your move. Our move management team handles everything from sorting, purging, packing, and organizing to coordinating moving companies, final cleaning, donation pick-ups, and junk removal.

Organizing
With over 12 years of experience, we help clients transform their homes and lives. We focus on tailored solutions for each client, because organizing is a lifestyle that looks different for everyone. Our goal is to make your space functional, beautiful, and easy to maintain.

Decorating
Let us take the stress out of seasonal decorating. From Halloween to New Year’s, we create festive, unique atmospheres for your home or business so you can enjoy the holidays without the hassle.
FAQ
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash and checks. Credit cards are accepted with a 3.5% convenience fee. Venmo and PayPal are also options, though they may incur a small fee.
What is your work experience?
Our team has a combined 12+ years of experience in relocation and organizing. We’ve managed moves across the country, treating every project as if it were our own.
What are your waiting times like?
We strive to accommodate all clients promptly, but occasional flexibility may be needed depending on scheduling. In general, we can get started quickly once a booking is confirmed.
